We usually update Zendesk with new features and fixes during the weekends. On average, we update Zendesk every second week.

We will try to publish changes and events since last update by posting "Zendesk news" topics in this forum, starting today.  Since the last update a little more than a week ago,  we have recorded the following events:

• Added option to disable automatic tagging
• Upgraded web server software to avoid Safari issues with compressed content
• 10 minutes down time thursday caused by run away process
• Fixed OpenId issues for accounts using mapped domains
• Added WYSIWYG editing for forum posts. Now you can upload and insert images in your forum topics.
• Simplified ticket forms by removing related tickets and topics. Only tags are available.
• Fixed email handling such that senders name gets properly decoded with respect to character set

This is our first stab at trying to convey the changes that add to Zendesk and the notable events we experience throughout the week. We hope that you find this way of bringing you update notifications of value.
