Now you're able to bulk update tickets. By default all table views contain a checkbox to the utmost right in each ticket row. By selecting one or more of these checkboxes a bulk update window will appear under the table. Simply type in the actions you want to employ on the selected tickets and click submit.
Actions are similar to those in the regular single ticket view, including the ability to delete tickets (admins only). After submitting a process report will be displayed. The bulk update feature is also available from the browse tickets function (http://accountname.zendesk.com/rules/search).
