Check your User Admission settings

We've cleaned up the "User Admission" page to better reflect how most customers use it.

Open help desk

You must first select whether you want your help desk to be open or closed. A closed help desk only accepts tickets from end-users that you yourself have registered. An open help desk accept tickets from everybody. You can limit accepted requests in an open help desk to users from domains in a domain white list.

Ask users to register

If you have enabled "Open help desk" you can require people to self-register before being able to submit a ticket. Once registered their ticket is processed.

Please check that the new user admission page settings reflects your procedures. Go to ACCOUNT and select the "User Admission" menu. Only for account owners.
