Tasks, notes, more in Friday update

This weekend's (early) update brought many features and bug-fixes to Zendesk.

  • New ticket type: task. Tasks allow you to add a due date to a ticket. Change type to task to configure due date. Two new (inactive) task related views added to your help desk. Due dates available for business rules.
  • Forum administration has been moved to the "Admin" tab.
  • Restrict forums to certain organizations.
  • Group-organization connection. Assign incoming organization requests to a default agent group.
  • RSS feeds per ticket basis and per organization. Also from the end-user web site.
  • Stopwords filtered from autosuggested tags. Alas no more "in" or "and" suggestions.
  • End-users can set tickets to solved themselves.
  • User notes and organization notes. Let agents scribble shared notes on end-users and organizations from the context of a ticket.
  • Easier access to personal settings. From the HOME tab.
  • Full html email template access (including header and footer tags).
  • Lots of UI streamlining and minor bugfixes.
