Zendesk experienced about 4 hours of downtime saturday from app. 11 am CET. The downtime was due to a power outage at our hosting center. Incidents like this will happen, but should naturally be at a minimum. Thankfully we have an army of rocket scientists to run our facilities, and thankfully this happened during a weekend at a time that was somewhat convenient for most of our customers.
There's a 4 hour scheduled downtime again tomorrow for a hardware move. This physical hardware move will take place on Sunday, March 16th, at 12:05 AM PST (GMT -8).
