Our data center experienced some unexpected downtime for the Zendesk cluster today, 17 March 2008, from approx. 10.20 to 10.40 am PST (19.20 to 19.40 CET). According to our managed service provider this event was "entirely operator error and procedural in nature".
We apologize for the inconvenience. No tickets or emails got lost during the downtime
