As you have probably noticed, the report system in your help desk account has been taken down. This is in preparation for the brand new reporting engine with that will arrive within the next week. We apologize for the inconvenience, but can promise that it will be worthwhile. The old reporting system was flaky and has been a sore spot for a quite a while.
