The announced maintenance update was performed this morning (CET, midnight PST). Besides the already announced new Admin privileges and temporary take down of reports, the update contains a number of small UI improvements.
Tags have obtained a more central placement on the ticket page. Tags are now also graphical represented as tags that you can click on to look up other tickets that share the relevant tag. And you can remove individual tags by clicking the little X-icon next to the tag. Adding tags works as always. Click the "Add tag(s)" link and type the desired tags. When typing the system will auto-suggest already existing tags.
You may already have noticed this little icon on your ticket page. It tells you that the latest comment to the ticket was so long that it has been truncated. Click the icon to have the entire comment shown.
Detailed information on the requester has now been moved to the top-right corner of the ticket page and the info box has been cleaned up.
The mail API has been updated, mail updates to closed tickets will now bounce, and you can disable end-users' access to edit their own profile data (check ACCOUNT / User Admission).
