Besides the ability to add CC recipients to your tickets, this morning's update also brought some other minor new features. First of all you can now change the requester of a ticket. If somebody has submitted a ticket on behalf of somebody else you can now manually change the ticket requester. This feature is disabled by default and must be enabled enabled under ACCOUNT / Ticket properties ("Requester/CC editing").
Please note that no new trigger notification has been created for this purpose specifically. But relevant trigger conditions are available to custom design such notifications.
Another minor feature is the ability to clone (copy) your business rule, more specifically triggers, automations and macros. A simple "clone" link now lets you make a copy of an existing rule. This should be quite a time saver for those of our customers that create many custom business rules.
