New Features and Fixes

In preparation for next weekend's update that will bring extensions to custom fields, improvements to the remote authentication procedure and some API refinements, we have put together a list of fixes and new features that have been added silently the last month or two:
- The favicon can be customized.
- New field available for table views: "Latest update by type", returns either agent or end-user.
- "Updater" added as condition role for business rules.
- "Description contains" full-text search condition added to business rules.
- Closed tickets can be deleted by admin.
- Deleting tickets restricted to admins.
- Ticket views can show 15 or 30 tickets per page.
- New setting for end-users' access to resetting own password.
- Admin can set end-users' password (also via REST)
- Solo plan now without end-user limit (and with branding)
- Fix to cc recipients' access to attachments.
- Token based attachment download (no login required).
- Agents can be restricted to private-only comments.
- Agent comments via email can be defaulted to private.
- Fix to tag-based reports.
- Total ticket count part of paginated REST views.
