Hi Guys,
I know this is a bit of a long shot, but do you have any plans to add reseller capabilities into ZenDesk? We were hoping to be able to have organisations owning children organisations?

It is an interesting feature, and we've discussed it internally previously. We do not have any concrete plans currently, but this could change - I can't be more specific at this point, sorry. Let's see how requested such a feature would be.

Yes, we are very interested in a capability to extend Zendesk deeper into our customer and partner base. This would involve these organization/groups managing aspects of the help desk themselves as limited agents. I would imagine that organizational relationships would also be required. Partners are an interesting use case since they may be supporting multiple end organizations.

We would love that too. Our resellers would be able to support their own clients, and escalate some issues to us when needed.

Any chance this will be coming along? Thx
