Display expired hours/minutes since last update

When I have many updates in my view, I'd lkike to instantly see when the last update to a specific ticket had been done. Right now I only see the date, which is useless when I need to know the lapsed time. (see screenshot)
Request: Make it configurable if you want the date or something like "26 hours ago" or "23 minutes ago"

Dates are now listed as a time, if the date is today. This should ensure proper granularity for "Latest update" dates etc.
