Welcome to the Zendesk reference guide. The purpose of this guide is to let Zendesk account owners and admins quickly find and identify relevant information on how each individual page and setting in Zendesk works. 

The guide is organized with one chapter per main tab in the Zendesk application.

Each chapter contains a heading for each sub-page in the tab drop-down. And subsections on sub-pages are also emphasized in bold and italics.
