The title says it in a nutshell.
You can add their email to the blacklist. Go to Account=>User Admission, there is a text field box called blacklist add email address or whole domains separated by a space. Once on the blacklist any time they try to create a ticket it will be either sent to the suspended queue or flat out dropped.
True, but the blacklist is not available with external auth, even though users can still use forums. It would be useful to have the blacklist even when using external auth.
The blacklist is still available just enable "Anybody can submit tickets" add the blacklist items and disable it. This is display bug issue that we have plans to fix.
