Hi,

We want to develop our own skin for the Zendesk forum and use the API to output articles - I see the API covers the creating/updating/listing of articles but nothing about comments.

Is it possible to post comments to forum posts via the API?

Hi Michael,

It is possible to create the followup comments using the api - we call them "posts" and all the details are here: http://www.zendesk.com/api/entries - new forum threads are called "entries" - when you add a comment (post) you specify the entry on which the post should appear.
