Whats the difference between using SnapEngage chat with zendesk integrations and the default zendesk chat?
How come this was never answered?

Overall, I would say that Snapengage is a more robust solution for chat than the built in Zendesh Chat (in it's current functionality). The main difference is that Snapengage allows you to initiate a chat whereas Zendesk Chat is a reactive service (end users must initiate the chat).
Both will create a ticket as the result of a chat. Both will allow you to get information about an existing user in Zendesk.
To get a better idea I always encourage customers to consider trying out the built in functionality to see if it meets their needs. For all customers Regular, Plus, or Enterprise the chat solution is already included in the price of the plan so there is no extra fee for it.
