I would like to have the ability to get the comments on satisfaction as a report (a list) instead of having to go into every ticket to see if there is any comments.
That would make it much easier to work with the constructive feedback you get from the users. To be able to identify problem areas or bottlenecks.
Hey guys, we've implemented a new placeholder to show you comments made during satisfaction surveys. This allows you to set up email notifications to email you when a rating has been made and include a comment if there is one.

This is great. I'd love to see this placeholder available for customizing views as well.
I know you do not have this functionality but this would be of great benefit to us and many of your other clients.
It's a real pain checking each ticket individually for satisfaction comments.
