Hi Ian, this would be when bulk editing tickets?
To have CC available for a View's table would be extremely handy!
I'd like to be able to have the field "CC" available in Views Conditions too.
This is my #1 gripe/wish for ZenDesk. I can't see the tickets I'm cc'ed on unless I go to my profile! Please please please add it to the list of fields available when creating custom views.

I would like to see the tickets I am CC-ed on listed in my custom view also.
I would like to be able to add CC's to a ticket from the end-user webform.
Clients occasionally 'forget' how to access tickets on which they are CC'd, so they stop asking how to find them. Eventually someone will miss out on an important topic, and may react negatively to the situation and the software. I agree with the comments above that a CC-status should not be a visual or navigational obstacle to participating in tickets or forums. CC-status should be an available option that can be incorporated into a user's Views.
