"Clone" a helpdesk

Since we've upgraded to Enterprise, we've started to setup many new spoke helpdesks with almost identical settings and business rules. It would be very helpful if we had the option to "clone" an existing helpdesk when setting up new ones to save us the time to manually configure the settings each time.

Hey Cory, there certainly are plans to make that set up process a lot easier. I can't promise any sort of cloning, but it should be less painful in the near future.

Hi Cory, we can help you now this. We have in place a commercial solution that can extract all the configuration settings out of one Zendesk and inject it into another.

we really would find this helpfull!!!!  the clone process would save many hours of work.

We would like this as well.  I need to set up 6 spokes almost identical.  Would be so much easier if we could clone them.
