Currently, once you've shared a ticket from Zendesk to JIRA, the JIRA ticket number and link information only appears if logged in as an agent. It would be nice to have the option to make the JIRA shared issue information available to the customer.
eg: Customer submits a ticket, issue is shared to JIRA, Customer can see the ticket # and have a link to JIRA (just like the Agent sees)
I know this may not suit everyone, so it could be an optional widget or ideally a setting on the ticket sharing settings/agreement. If your JIRA is public and available to customers, would be good to give them the link to jump straight across.
