Now it's possible to create 2 or more "Sending agreements" for one service. Jira as example. And then you have problems with connection. We really need some posibility to delete this agreements.
Agree, would be nice to delete "old" ticket agreements in Zendesk which should not be made Active again. We set up several of these to test the Jira integration and determine which options we wanted to go with.

Note that your ticket sharing agreement must be marked inactive before you can delete it.
Great to see that this feature is added. However how can we mark pending sending agreements (of old servers which are no longer available) as inactive?
Its still not working i have three agreements and i cant delete or deactivate those
