You can now choose to allow your forum topics to be shared on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. We call this Social Sharing, and it can be found by going to Settings > Channels > Web portal > Social Sharing checkbox. You can see an example of how these button look by looking at the top right of this topic.
We've made some changes to the way in which subscriptions on Forums work. Previously when subscribing to a Forum, you would be informed of all new Topics and subsequent Comments made on those Topics. This could get pretty noisy, so we've added an unsubscribe link to these email allowing you to unsubscribe from receiving notifications about new comments, but still keeping notifications about new topics.
We've made some optimizations to the Search API. While this change should not affect anyone, if you are using our Search API and see behaviour changes, please let us know.
Optimized how Zendesk handles short voicemails in our Voice product.
Some tickets were proving difficult to be un-suspended. We've fixed these issues and you should, once again, be able to un-suspend tickets you wish to un-suspend.
Profile picture uploading was not working correctly, this was fixed shortly after noticing the issue.
You can once again upload animated GIFs without fear of them being very static.
We're now a little more graceful about Agents picking up Voice calls without a microphone available.
We found that large areas of whitespace were appearing on the forums layout page. This was due to the ordering of forums being cached to heavily, resulting in mis-sorting if forums were removed or moved elsewhere. This was resolved during the week.
