Yammer, bulk user uploading and fixed stuff

New Stuff

  • Our Yammer integration is now live! If you're a paying Yammer customer, you can have Zendesk activities pushed in real time to your activity stream. Find out more at http://www.zendesk.com/yammer
  • When bulk uploading Users into your Zendesk account we will now append to (rather than replace) Notes, Details and Tags.
  • You can now generate reports based on the incoming channel of the ticket. This means you can now create all those incoming Twicket reports you've been meaning to do.
  • We'll soon be introducing the ability to record your screen and easily embed that recording inside Tickets and Forums. If you're interested in taking part in the beta, and are a Plus+ or Enterprise customers, you can sign up using this form.

Fixed Stuff

  • We found a race condition where logging in more than once across multiple browser tabs in short succession would cause Zendesk to expire you session. We fixed this.
  • When recovering a suspended ticket, we were dropping the locale of the ticket/email itself. We should no longer be doing this.
  • We found some problems with Sharing agreements for accounts that had host mapping. This should be resolved.

Do you plan on doing a similar feature on Chatter?

@Alexander: We plan on integrating with other activity streams where we can. So long as we have an API to work with, we have the groundwork done so can turn them around pretty quickly.
