We switched to Enterprise some time ago and what I missed was the satisfaction score as global one for the whole helpdesk.
Each branded help desk has its own score but I wanted to gather them all and also display it on our Ducksboard monitoring displays. You can find the script below.
The code is probably awful but at least it works ;-)
FYI I updated the script a lot and posted this in details on my blog: http://arnaud.detheux.org/blog/04/06/2012/zendesk-enterprise-global...
Thanks for adding your tip here and for tweeting your tips too! I'm going to link to your tip from our Zendesk product docs and attribute it to you. Thanks for being active in our Zendesk community!
Have you also dealt with this issue?
I thought you might have something cool to share for this enterprise issue as well. :)
Oh well, I guess I replied to too many emails today seeing my "Hi, *text*, Cheers" answer in this FORUM post ;-)
You're awesome. Thanks for replying, Arnaud! :)
How did you get the Activity Stream widget in the ready-made ZenDesk Ducksboard to feed global stats in the first place?
We're on a ZenDesk Plus plan and I linked our Ducksboard to our ZenDesk with my own admin account, so the Activity Stream feed is exclusive to my ticket activities and not the entire desk's (though all the other stats are global).
How do I make these stats are global?
Hi Justin,When I created this I didn't use the ready-made Zendesk Ducksboard but created a new dashboard with a custom widget on it. Then I pushed the data using the script above to that widget.
