New Satisfaction conditions for rules and fixed stuff

Just a small update for this week. In the next couple of weeks we'll be bringing you some exciting news about Zendesk, new features and the future! First, here's something many of you will love:

New Stuff

  • You can now create a View, Trigger or Automation based on whether a ticket has been rated good or bad with a comment or not. This will allow you to create views to look at all those ratings with comments, or send out a notification to the team when new feedback comes in. Please note that this is only for ratings collected yesterday (April 5th) and forward.

Fixed Stuff

  • We corrected some grammar in the subject line of CC notifications, sorry about that!
  • When looking at "All events and notifications" we were cutting off some city names in the "Location" stamp of audits. We no longer do this.
  • For end-users, when they submit a new request we'll disable the submit button unless something goes wrong or validation fails. This will stop end-users accidentally submitting multiple tickets.
  • For those agents that have permission to export data, we were not showing them the ability to export CSV or XML files under Manage > Reports. This should no longer be the case.
  • The SAManage widget can now be added to all pages in Zendesk, and is no longer restricted just to the ticket page.

Thank you Jake but it doesn't seem to work:

View Match all : Status > pending

Match any ; good with comment + bad with comment

= 0 tickets (that's wrong)

Your screenshot example doesn't work too. Even if we add status > pending we get 0 tickets.

oops sorry, I didn't read "Please note that this is only for ratings collected yesterday (April 5th) and forward."

This seems to be working in the sense that I am only getting emails now when a comment is given on a satisfied survey. The formatting seems to be off. 

The usual green "Good, I'm satisfied" now says  "#444;">Error: unknown satisfaction score 17"

The "This rating has the following comment:"  section below it is showing up fine though.

Same error here and in this view: Match all status > pending Match any sat com bad + sat com good I get the last ticket comment and not the sat comment

Hi.

The same problem is happening with me.

The message  "#444;">Error: unknown satisfaction score 17"  is sending together the e-mail notification .

The 444 problem is fixed but I don't see how to get the satisfaction comments list in a new view.

Is it possible or just export the satisfaction comments?
