Just a small update for this week. In the next couple of weeks we'll be bringing you some exciting news about Zendesk, new features and the future! First, here's something many of you will love:
You can now create a View, Trigger or Automation based on whether a ticket has been rated good or bad with a comment or not. This will allow you to create views to look at all those ratings with comments, or send out a notification to the team when new feedback comes in. Please note that this is only for ratings collected yesterday (April 5th) and forward.
We corrected some grammar in the subject line of CC notifications, sorry about that!
When looking at "All events and notifications" we were cutting off some city names in the "Location" stamp of audits. We no longer do this.
For end-users, when they submit a new request we'll disable the submit button unless something goes wrong or validation fails. This will stop end-users accidentally submitting multiple tickets.
For those agents that have permission to export data, we were not showing them the ability to export CSV or XML files under Manage > Reports. This should no longer be the case.
The SAManage widget can now be added to all pages in Zendesk, and is no longer restricted just to the ticket page.
