Update to API V2 and a new Enterprise permission

New Stuff

  • We added an option in Enterprise role which enables group-restricted agent to assign to any members in any groups (that bit will be turned on later today).

  • API v2: API consumers can now retrieve incidents for a ticket via the API.
  • API v2: API consumers can now retrieve suspended tickets via the ticket API.
  • API v2: API consumers can now retrieve the dropdown options for custom fields.


Fixed Stuff

  • API v2: We had omitted the ticket and comment information from the activity API response, this is now added.
  • API v2: We fixed an authentication problem when accessing /api/v2/users/me, this is now fixed.
  • Fixed an issue where call activity dashboard for Voice was temporarily displaying zero results for agent activity.
