This week was a fairly small release with a big impact for our international customers...
Agents and admins now have the option to interact with Zendesk in any of our 10 core languages (Japanese, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Italian, and Dutch). You may change your language by editing your own profile, and choosing any of the available languages. This works on both Lotus and Classic.
We have played with it at Zendesk a lot; it is fun to see the UI in a completely different, foreign language. Here is my screen in Japanese:
Last week we introduced a bug where the new trial account owners were not able to initially change password policy level. This has been changed and all new trials can select any of the three password security level.
