New Stuff

  • You can now disable wrap-up mode after a call ends.  When disabled, support agents will become immediately available for the next call. You'll find this under Settings > Channels > Voice
  • You can also now disable the agent confirmation keypress when accepting calls forwarded to agent phones.  When answering the call, the agent will hear "You have an incoming support call" and be immediately connected to the customer. You'll find this under Settings > Channels > Voice

Fixed Stuff

  • Custom roles which have permissions to edit endusers can now select the organization from available organizations list  when creating end users

What about new calendar for due date selection, it's really ugly, can I have old calendar back?

The new calendar isn't automatically set 7 days forward when you pick ticket type "Task". The old one used to do this, and that was really handy for macros, since you can't do anything with the Due Date in macros.

True, also you can't quickly choose month or year; current date and selected date don't even highlighted well!

The weekdays (Su through Sa) do not appear in Firefox. They work in Chrome though.
