Option to pass along Client Information with feedback Tab Ticket

Hi, When a Client sends a Ticket via the Feedback Tab I usually have to Look up some values for this Client in our database. Hence i Need our specific Client Id to be passed along with a Ticket. Our Clients use the application annonymously, Hence i dont have a Email address to Match. Can I add specific Customer Information from our application to a Feedback Tab Ticket? Thanks arnie

Hi Arnie - unfortunately you can only pre-populate certain fields within the Zendesk feedback tab. We have more information on this posted here
