The current tabbing workflow is disrupted by this nested dropdown field. The tab key allows you to enter in values in all the ticket fields until you get to a ticket field that contains nested fields, then it skips to the next.
Would love it if it can allow it to be tabbed across, our agents make tickets in seconds it seems and this slows them up every time. haha :)
