Show Content of Own Logfiles in zendesk

Hi, Our helpdesk usually needs the Information from our application logfiles to solve a Ticket request. Is ist possible somehow to show this information directly in zendesk. It is currently stored in a MySQL dB. Any ideas? I know this cannot be Out of the box... Thanks Arnie

HI Arnie - this would need to be created with a custom application. You could reach into your database to pull out the information you need and then configure a way to place this into a ticket.
