Ability to change the Agent user indicator in outgoing messages

It would be great to have the ability to change the template for formatted comments when displaying in outgoing notifications.  It seems to only allow (agent) next to the name.  The team who responds to the tickets we create in Zendesk in our organization are not "agents" so this is very misleading when responding to Customer emails.
