Access to your screenr screencasts

It would be great to be able to have access to all screenr screencasts you have recorded. E.g a library of all recordings, these recordings can then be accessed to be used in tickets / forums / macros.

At present I cannot access previous recordings if a screenr is accidentally deleted from a forum, I cannot re-use a recording in a ticket for an end user with the same issue. So the ability to add previous screenr screencasts to macros would also be of great value.

*currently screenr screencasts do not show in tickets on the iPhone app, and the create forum article from ticket does not take the video across to the forums either.

If you add this feature it would be smart to consider including a way to categorize/tag and name each screen cast as it is created. Right now it seems every screencast is called "screencast 1". I can imagine that if you do create a "library" of sorts to browse through all your screencasts, it would be pretty difficult without having a way to name and categorize them.

100% agree. Naming them before upload would be great. It also would benefit the UX as the screencast video link wouldn't be 'screencast 1' but 'How to reset your password' etc.

I want this too, I don't care if we have to pay extra for this. Happy to get the premium screenr to get this.

In case it is useful to anyone, I am able to log into my Screenr Business account that was created from Zendesk and access all of my screencasts. We pay for the forum screencasts so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with us being able to access our videos directly from Screenr Business.

Either way, here is the link that explains how to log in: http://business.screenr.com/login/how-to.php

I replaced "yourcompany" with the name we have in Zendesk (i.e. if your Zendesk account is abc.zendesk.com then your screenr business account would be https://abc.viewscreencasts.com)

Once logged in you have access to all of the screenr videos created, but they are not categorized so you have to know the date it was created to find a particular one. Once you do, you can click on the video and from there you have the code to copy and paste to embed anywhere else you need.

Not pretty by any means, but a workaround if in dire need to access them without searching every forum and ticket in Zendesk.

Hmmm, I only just integrated this into our ZD Sandbox so perhaps that's why I didn't get the email. I'll report back when we integrate with our actual ZD account.

Thanks for the tip Ricardo!

This feature was requested a year ago. Zendesk team, do you have any updates for us? We really want this to happen!
