I occasionally find myself needing to escalate issues to my managers who do not have zendesk accounts. Is there some sort of link I can send them to view (view only) a ticket without having to print the page and send as an attachment? This could be a temporary page hosted by zendesk that would keep a pdf from being emailed to ~10 people. If I could highlight certain messages within the conversation, that would be even better. This way, readers could get to the point quickly and get the whole story if they needed more detail.
