Advisory for Zendesk Customers Integrating with JIRA OnDemand

Customers who are using our JIRA integration with JIRA OnDemand's Cloud Connector are currently experiencing an inability to synchronize comments between Zendesk tickets and JIRA issues.

This issue was introduced during the August 28th update of JIRA 5.2 plugins in JIRA OnDemand. The root cause has been identified and we are working closely with our partners, CustomWare and Atlassian, to fix this issue as part of Atlassian OnDemand's September 10th scheduled update. Until this date, the current comment synchronization issue will persist.

After the September 10th update, comments will become properly synced between existing shared Zendesk tickets and JIRA issues after an update to either the ticket or issue.

We understand that our JIRA integration is a critical part of your business workflow and we apologize for the interruption this is causing. We are ensuring that these plugin updates receive more critical review to ensure that these disruptions are eliminated in the future.
