I tried to customize my macro with html markers but it doesn't seem to work. Is it a known issue? Any tips on how to emphasize parts of the message + add hyperlinks?
This would be great to have. Was it a conscious decision to not enable html in macros or something that was de-prioritized?
Our apologies for the delay in response. We have Markdown coming soon. This basically means we'll have rich text support in our tickets, and outgoing emails.
