On the new interface is there still a way to make a macro private? The one on the video no longer exists it seems. We want to set one up for when we make a "new ticket" but it needs to be an internal only comment to begin with?

Hey Linda,

If you choose the option 'Comment mode Private' you will be able to leave a private comment through your macro. This is a separate macro action than leaving the actual comment, so be sure to have both in your macro.

If you are creating a new ticket, however, the first comment has to be public and will override your macro if you try to make the comment private. If you create the ticket and then go back and add a second comment, you can leave a private comment. There is currently no workaround for making that first comment private though.

I have 10 new users and I referred them to list video.  All are getting an "Oops" message indicating that the page doesn't exist."  We use Classic.  What's the deal?
