Zendesk / Jira integration
I have set up the widget in Zendesk and also the listener in Jira following the instructions here : https://support.zendesk.com/entries/38664-jira-integration
I can push tickets from Zendesk into Jira and receive the Jira issue number - BUT the main problem is that when the issue is created in Jira the description is coming across as gibberish - see screen shots :
Anyone had this problem before ??
