Use visual aids in your Ticket responses and Help Centre articles with ease by making use of Microsofts in-built 'Snipping Tool' application.
To access it, simply type the word 'Snip' when browsing your Start Menu:
Snipping tool itself runs as a simplistic window, without options such as 'New' and 'Delay'. The 'New' option will prompt to create a new snip of your screen, where-as the 'Delay' option will provide you with a few seconds of buffer time before the screenshot process begins, allowing you to open menus and such that might might not be readily available:
When you choose to start your snip, bu pressing 'New', it will provide a cursor to select a part of your screen - all you need to do is click and drag!
The area you select will be outlined in red, while the area not captured will be greyed out/faded to represent it will not be used.
From here, you can choose to save the image to a file for use later, or - even easier - simply paste it into the field you are typing into by selecting the 'Copy' option on your pending snip:
It's as simple as that!
