I've been using Zendesk in a non-production testing sort of way, and I'm ready to start going live with real clients now.
I just glanced at my performance reports and they're all whack because I didn't care about the test data. (For example, my average response time is > 20 hours because I wasn't paying attention to response times when I first set it up.)
Any way I can reset the reporting data so I can get started with a clean slate? Even if this means wiping out all my ticket history, that'd be fine.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
