    Yes please! We'd love to be able to have our managers able to adjust their agent's accounts, for things like signature updates, group changes or custom field changes.

    Hi Stephen and Dan,

    This is a request we are hearing more and more, currently there is only 2 roles you can give your agents and that is 'manage channels' or admin. We are looking into how we assign our roles at a more granular level but can't commit to any timelines yet, but we are discussing this internally already.

    In the past month of using Zendesk, we're finding we're needing to make more people Administrators than I'm comfortable with just to give that person access to a single feature.

    I'd love for Zendesk to please open up their permissions to be much more gradual so we only need to grant what is needed of an agent and no more.
