Right now you can only change business hours by increments of 30 minutes. We prefer to stop calls from coming in about 3 minutes before closing time to try and make sure that our agents are able to leave for the day at the end of their shift and not stuck on a call.
What we're needing to do now is watch the clock and manually move everyone offline 3 minutes before closing, which is difficult because you can't change this setting while somebody is on a call.
It would be helpful if Zendesk allowed for more refined specificity with business hour settings so that I could set it for 09:00 - 17:57.
