    Hey Oren!

    It's not possible to do any customization in the agent interface, so I'm afraid you won't be able to highlight your urgent tickets this way.

    As long as you're on the team plan or higher, though, you can create custom views that will display your tickets in a way that works for you and your agents. You can find more information about that in this article!
