    You can direct the calls wherever you want by setting up the agents phone number in the agent forwarding field in their account. We direct ours to the agents desk phone rather than the browser so they hear it ringing

    Hi Lester, thanks for your input, i am moreso looking for a "soft" solution where the callls are delivered by app. Not so much being redirected to a phone number. ta
