    Hi Chris!

    I'm a little flummoxed by this...I've never seen this error before. Are there any agents in that group that have been demoted or deleted? The only thing I can think of is that it can't update because one of the members of the group isn't supposed to be there.

    Nope, everyone in that group is active and present. I will raise a support ticket!

    Hi there! I have exactly the same error message when I attempt to rename the default group. Was there ever a solution on this one?
