    Hi, the most obvious reasons could be:

    1) double-check article setting>Visible to> should be for "Everyone" - if this articles for all visitors your help center.

    article setting>Template> should be an existing template

    2) It's possible that you created articles but forget to publish them. Check the article's status and change on the publish. It should appear after that.


    If it does not help, try to check with a pure Copenhagen theme.
    Possible that you set some conditions in your theme code/templates code/home page... - and these changes could block normal work for articles.
