Project Management App - Disallow parent ticket to be submitted as solved

    Hey There,

    Have you perhaps looked at using the SweetHawk Tasks and Subtickets app instead? It's great to use for managing projects. When a new child ticket is created off the back of a task, the parent ticket is not able to be solved until all tasks/child tickets created off the back of a task are solved.

    For something more cost effective, you could also look at purchasing the new SweetHawk Super Suite instead, where you can access all of their apps for your needs, for just $10 a month.

    I've implemented this Tasks and Subtickets app for many of my clients and they haven't had any issues with it since day one.
