How can i integrate multiple IG accounts?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    It could be possible to integrate that a large number of Instagram accounts with our new beta - Instagram Direct. At the moment, only approved early access customers are able to leverage this channel, however, if you wish to be considered for early access programme, please make sure to reach out to your account manager. For more information about this beta, you can also take a look at our Help Centre article here: Enabling and using Instagram Direct (Early Access Program).

    If you're using a 3rd party application from our Marketplace to integrate Instagram with your Zendesk account, I would recommend reaching out to the developer directly so that they can verify this for you.
