When I am using the chat feature within ZenDesk and have additional browser tabs open for ZenDesk, this will cause ZenDesk to repeat the notifications alerts. For example, when I have two browser tabs open to ZenDesk, the notification alert sounds for when you receive a new chat or when you receive a reply will repeat. If I happen to have 3 or more browsers, the alerts start to become overwhelming. I can see a 'speaker symbol' on the additional browser tabs of ZenDesk indicating the alert.
Is there a way I can disable notification sounds from the Chat Dashboard with multiple browser tabs open? I would like to keep the notification sounds on, but I would prefer to have the sounds play for a single time.
Is there is a functionality to do so? I cannot seem to find it so I would love assistance. If not, I would love to see this feature brought in. I can also note that only one browser tab is on the Dashboard whereas the other tabs would be viewing a ticket or views.

EDIT: Could you possibly adjust ZenDesk to where chat sounds are only played within the Dashboard and not while you're anywhere else? This would solve the issue.
