    Hi Alec, 

    This a confirmation message you get when you switch your account from the Zendesk Agent Workspace back to the standard (classic) agent interface. This is an account-wide setting that impacts all the agents on your account. Zendesk recommends you use the Agent Workspace, not classic, because it's the latest interface.
